Return Policy

At CARE LATEX INTERNATIONAL US INC , we aim to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Below is our Returns Policy, including details on refunds, replacements, and warranty claims.

General Returns Policy

Hygiene Products (Condoms and Adult Toys):

Due to health and hygiene reasons:

  • We cannot accept returns for change of mind on condoms or opened adult toys.
  • Faulty items may be eligible for a refund or replacement under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Faulty Products:

If a product is faulty, please contact us at info@carelatex.us with proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable). We will arrange for a replacement as outlined below.

Warranty Policy

Eligibility:

  • Faulty products can be returned within 12 months from the purchase date.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Replacement or Refund:

  • Faulty items will be replaced with an identical product.
  • If an identical product is unavailable, we will offer an alternative product of equal value or provide store credit.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all claims.

Process for Returning Faulty Products

Steps to Follow:

  • Contact Us: Email info@carelatex.us with the following details:
    • Full name and contact information
    • Order number/invoice number
    • Reason for the return and supporting photos of the faulty product, batch, and product expiry date. (if applicable)
  • Testing Checklist for Adult Toys (If Applicable):
    • Before returning adult toys, please:
      • Check the batteries (correct type and orientation).
      • Ensure battery connectors are dry and free of moisture.
      • Try new batteries.
      • If the toy remains faulty, proceed with the return.
      • Some helpful hints in looking after and using adult toys:
        • Use of Alkaline batteries is the most common cause of “Burnout”. We recommend that only Heavy-Duty batteries are suitable for use in Adult Toys. All products are battery checked to ensure they are in good working order when you receive them.
        • Before inserting a toy anywhere in your body, make sure that it is clean to avoid the risk of infection. Wash your toy before and after use with anti-bacterial toy cleaners or wipes.
        • Never use it on areas that are swollen, cut, or inflamed.
        • Never use from anus to vagina or anus to penis because of the risk of infection- use a different toy or cover your toy with a condom. Never use a toy that is not designed for the purpose.
        • Never use any toy that is NOT waterproof in the shower or bath. Do not allow water into the battery compartment of ANY toy. Always make sure your waterproof toy is TIGHTLY closed before immersing it in liquid.
        • Remove batteries when the toy is not in use. Do not leave your toy ON when not in use.
        • Alkaline batteries such as Duracell, Energizer, and some rechargeable types are NOT SUITABLE for adult toys. These batteries are TOO STRONG.
    • Package Your Return:
      Ensure the item, including all original accessories and packaging, is securely packaged.
    • Return and Resolution:
      Send the faulty product to the provided return address. We will process replacements or credits within 7 working days of receiving the item.

  • Shipping Costs for Returns:
    • Standard postage fees apply to returns.
    • If the adult toy is deemed faulty, the replacement product will be sent out to you at no charge.
  • Hygiene and Safety:
    For health and safety, always follow the instructions provided with your products. Improper use may void the warranty.
